Checks built into every stage of production

Inspection Stages

Five checkpoints, from fabric to carton

Each stage below is checked before production moves to the next step.

Incoming Fabric Inspection

Rolls are checked for composition, weight and surface defects before cutting begins.

Pattern & Cutting Accuracy

CAD-graded patterns and computerized cutting keep panel dimensions consistent across the run.

In-Line Production Checks

Seams, stitch density and trims are checked at intervals throughout sewing.

Final Inspection

Finished garments are reviewed against approved samples before packing.

Packaging Check

Folding, labelling and carton packing are verified against buyer specification prior to shipment.
